Though a Sunbelt Rentals structure is often called a tent, it is an engineered membrane structure, which meets the code requirements of permanent buildings.
It is constructed of aluminum uprights and I-beams, integrally connected to high quality, flame-retardant fabric or Guardian Steel™ panels, which offer security and are resistant to hostile weather conditions. These structures are engineered to withstand high winds, and depending on the structure you choose, will shed snow or have up to 30 lb. per sq. ft. snow load.
